Italian cooking class and Japanese dinner

We have all tasted the delicious food that the Italians can cook, but today we took it to the next level. We decided to learn how to cook some of the original Bolognese recipes by attending an Italian cooking class. 2 cooks guided us in making Tortellini, a Tagliatelle cake and Gnocchi. After making the food and waiting for a bit, we had lunch with our own made pasta. Guess what, it was delicious!!

You all know that the original plan of the study tour was to visit Japan, so dinner at a Japanese restaurant was something we still had to do. It came down to the last evening together. We enjoyed delicious sushi with some Japanese liquor, Sake. After the dinner, they even gave us some Japanese presents, which was a cool surprise. It was a fun last evening of the study tour!
